City of Heroes is now f2p

[quote=caucheka]idk about the first, highest level character i ever had was 14. and that was way back on a trial account which somehow i still had the info to. it depends on the skill. you start at level 1 with a skill from your main tree and a skill from a second tree. you get a skill every even level and at level 4 you can add a third utility tree like flying, teleporting, leadership, etc.. some skills recharge very fast while others take a while to recharge, it'll tell you the general cooldown (fast, slow, etc) when you go to learn it. once again i was only at level 14 so i never got to pvp but yes you can pvp the enemy. pvp comes in arenas or in specific pvp areas. out of the i think 4 pvp zones 3 of them are faction based (hero v villain) and the other is a free for all where everyone can attack eachother.[/quote]
