Witcher 3 has some of the most awesome ambient music tracks. The music and artwork really crated a unique atmosphere for each part of the map which was awesome. This is my favourite (although not an OST): https://youtu.be/So54yJe6CSw
Armored Core, nearly anyone. Started playing the series as a child which contributes to my appreciation for electronic music then it slowly shifted into a strange niche genre of orchestral, electronic, and opera. Specifically I recommend the the Armored Core 4 soundtrack, which is the later more developed osts in the series as well as AC:Nexus.
Some of the more popular and well known songs are:
Nine
Remember
Overture
Stinger
And two of my favorites are:
Vulture
Nine -Novem- (A remake of the classic Nine)

The NeverHood, truth is I have never played this game, but this is my go to OST to play when I'm trying to be creative. It's crazy insane and makes no sense and it just makes my mind explode with stupid creative ideas.

MegaMan 8. This is my all time soundtrack for the original MegaMan series, but it's far from being my favorite MegaMan Game.
Shenmue. An amazing soundtrack for an amazing game, last summer I was a camp Director and this was a my weekly preparation OST while I was getting everything ready for the week, it really helped me reflect and clear my mind, before each crazy and hectic week of camp.

I have a ton of others that I will post later as more people post, but I just wanted to see what everyone else's favorite OST'S are. So just post your favorite OST and maybe we can all find a new hidden gem or get introduced to a new series altogether just because of the music.
