A sacrifice is made To put me mid air. -> If you hit a target, you will jump a little
I will impede your advance. I will stop your escape. -> Rammus 2 fast, 2 furious
Never touch me once. For it shall be to late. -> If Rammus hits a target, he can taunt easily, thus you shouldnt touch him :3

A sacrifice is made To put me mid air. -> Combined with ultimate, you can be put mid-air. But you sarcrifice a cooldown :3

Never touch me once. For it shall be to late. -> Ultimate can be used only twice when you touch the ability.
If this is also wrong, the rhyme needs more information, because I think I can think of more abilities that have something like dis :3
