First of all: You can't just download a torrent and not seed. YOU HAVE TO SEED!
Seed till you bleed.

IPT got a ratio system. What you download goes on a "Downloaded" counter (My current is 288.139gb + all the terrabytes of freeleech I've downloaded, these you can't see though) and upload goes on a "Uploaded" counter (My current is 335.825gb).

When you have active torrents you get bonus points. With these you can buy extra upload or a custom title. (My current is 1,487.5 points).

Hand them in when your ratio is low to give it a huge boost :)

Let me quote some rules from IPT:

"Accounts with nothing uploaded/ downloaded will be deleted after 4 weeks."

"No links or information about other torrent websites are to be posted in the comments or forums."

"Selling invites can get you and the recipient of the invite banned."

"Low ratios will result in severe consequences, including banning in extreme cases. Automatic class demotion to Peasant:
Users with a ratio below .30 & who downloaded more than 1 GB for 1 week (7 days) will be warned to correct their ratio. Peasants will have 2 weeks to increase their ratio or their account will be deleted."

"Please do not make requests if you are not a power user or higher. "

And a good tip is to start with torrents labeled "Freeleech", just search for "Freeleech".
These you can download without getting anything on your download count, hence the name 'freeleech'.
Though, when you seed them you get it on your "Uploaded" count. You also gain points (check the FAQ for more info about points)

Have fun :D And keep in mind that if you do anything bad, it will backfire on me XD
