This series needs to die.
First 2 were good, then they started running stale with me story wise. Combat is still crisp as ever but meh, if I wanted a mindless beat em up with no story, I'd play dynasty warriors.

Lawl no. Dark souls is not a spectacle-fighter. It's hard to classify, but I'd say it's more of a dungeon crawler.
We do have Darksiders though. Those games are supposed to be good.
