Why banned?

I've got a friend who lost his Origin account for a reason EA refused to tell him.

Heh, reading ban stories reminds me of an incident on the Awesomenauts Forums. Everyone's IP got permabanned for a day because the new anti-spam choked. XP

EA has a terrible track record with almost everyone I know. They're just terrible.

EA has some of worst customer support I have every seen, it's right up there with Microsoft and the instruction manual that comes with your microwave
