It can't be the other way around because then it means without the skill soraka isn't there, which is false since it's the other way around. Instead of soraka you can name any other champion, the logic will always be true. Is it the heal from the heal spell? = P Or the heal from the pot? Never mind. It's the mastery that improves the heal spell. EDIT: Mender's Faith EDIT2: By "It's the mastery" I mean that the "me" is the mastery, not the "it". The "it" is the summoner spell "heal".[/quote]
