These leaked specs include an 8 core AMD CPU at 1.6GHz, 8GB RAM(RAM will probably be shared between GPU and CPU) and an AMD GPU roughly comparable to AMD HD7770.
In essence, an entry level PC gaming rig, if the leak is to be believed.

It seems very probable that AMD will be making GPUs and CPUs for "Durango" and Playstation 4. AMD reports that they're expecting that 20% of their income during 2013 to be from "special-made" chips. Which usually indicates chips for consoles.

Update:

PS4 will allegedly have 50% more raw processing power than "Durango".
Which might turn out terrible if they release another overpriced console. But if the two are in roughly the same price-range it seems the PS4 will have a big advantage.
"We've had a few gloomy years with bad console ports, and what do we get in the light at the end of the console-tunnel? A tablet OS ported to PC." - Atlas Tasume, on Windows 8

sucks that ps4 wont be backwards compatible because of how 'unique' the cell or w/e was. (it was also the reason why the ps3 isnt inherently backwards compatible with the ps2)
