I don't know if I've actually tried Brandy (it may be called something different in my language). Here in the nordic area it's mostly whiskey everywhere.

It's Konjak in Swedish. (a rather famous Swedish indie developer calls himself Konjak)
It's very sweet if I remember it correctly.
