Passive: Nova Break

If Melusine loses more than 15%/10%/5% (changes at levels 8 and 16) of her maximum HP from a single attack or a skill, currently applied Stuns, Snares and Silences are cleansed and the cooldowns of all her skills, except for the one of her ultimate, are reset. This effect has a 30 second cooldown.

Q: Shooting Star
Melusine summons a big star that slowly flies towards the target direction, dealing 60/100/140/180/220 (+0.6:AP) magic damage to enemies it hits. If it hits a champion during the flight, Melusine can cast the skill again to replace the star in its current position.
AoE Radius: 150
Range: 1100
Cooldown: 13 seconds
Mana Cost: 90


W: Constellation Blessing
Melusine heals a friendly champion for 20/40/60/80/100 + 5% of its health and blesses it according to its surroundings for 5 seconds. (This part is really boring, only read it if you really feel like it)
No one but Melusine and the champion: No effect other than the healing one.
1 enemy champion and no friendly champion (but Melusine): +4/8/12/16/20 AP and AD
2 enemy champions and no friendly champion (but Melusine): +8/12/16/20/24 AP and AD
3 enemy champions and no friendly champion (but Melusine): +11/15/19/23/27 AP and AD, +10/15/20/25/30 Armor and MR
4 enemy champions and no friendly champion (but Melusine): +20/25/30/35/40 Armor and MR, +15% MS (the MS bonus is applied to all nearby friendly champions)
5 enemy champions and no friendly champion (but Melusine): +20/25/30/35/40 Armor and MR, +30% MS (the MS bonus is applied to all nearby friendly champions)
1 friendly champion (+ Melusine) and 1 enemy champion: +4/7/10/13/16 AP and AD
2/3 friendly champions (+ Melusine) and 1 enemy champion: No effect other than the healing one.
1 friendly champion (+ Melusine) and 2 enemy champions: +4/8/12/16/20 AP and AD
2/3 friendly champions (+ Melusine) and 2 enemy champions: +4/7/10/13/16 AP and AD
1 friendly champion (+ Melusine) and 3 enemy champions: +8/12/16/20/24 AP and AD
2/3 friendly champions (+ Melusine) and 3 enemy champions: +8/12/16/20/24 AP and AD
1 friendly champion (+ Melusine) and 4 enemy champions: +11/15/19/23/27 AP and AD, +10/15/2
0/25/30 Armor and MR
2/3 friendly champions (+ Melusine) and 4 enemy champions: +11/15/19/23/27 AP and AD, +10/15/20/25/30 Armor and MR

E: Gravity Boom
Melusine briefly makes herself a reverse-gravity point, dealing 50/90/130/170/210 (+0.4:AP) magic damage to nearby enemies and knocking them away from her, out of the skill's effective area.
AoE Radius: 300
Knockback range: 300 - (How far away the champion is from Melusine)
Cooldown: 7 seconds
Mana Cost: 60


R: Constellation Chain

Melusine summons small stars that are placed around an enemy champion. Upon the skill cast and then every 0.3 seconds after the end of a previous snare, the enemy champion takes 40/70/100 (+0.2) magic damage and is snared for a half second 5 times.
Cast Range: 700
Mana Cost: 120
Cooldown: 90/80/70 seconds

So... is she a support or AP?

The heal can be rather 5% of missing health instead of maximum health, it just heals wayyy too much.
