Honestly, unless revive gets tweaked insanely, it's only going to be good in dominion.
Of course it's going to be good when they're rushing your base, but at that point one person isn't going to be able to stop them unless it's a fed hyper-carry like Jax or something. They probably wouldn't have gotten to that status unless they had ignite/exhaust to get those early kills either.
