This much Attack Speed (in the marks) would be useless after the first couple of clears.
Sion relies a lot on his abilities (and his AA aren't that impactful), not only to clear, but to deal damage/apply CC. His build path does not include a lot of CDR, so I think that's a necessity.Also, wouldn't 9x HP/lvl + 2 Armour Quints be better than 9x Armour Seals + 3x AS Quints? You get ~250 health AND the ~same amount of armour. It just seems more efficient.
