Look at this. Exactly the meta you presented done by CLG. This is not new.

What you're describing is pretty much the old metagame.
Bruiser + support / anti-carry bot lane has been used a lot but its known to be cheeze. The only primary goal of that is to shut down the AD carry. If they don't, then the standard setup would win it late game.
AD carries mid were the old meta. They have a much weaker mid game compared to the AP's and have worse ganks as well. Dragon control may be better but the AD carries would have a harder time, especially with high aggression mid lanes. Since AD carries primarily focus on farming early and mid to get to their godmode late game, it would be a lot harder for the AD carries to deal with roaming and jungle control. Simply said they either waste their time roaming around or farm and let the enemies abuse your jungle.
As for AP top, the squishy non-mobile ones would have trouble with jungler ganks (Malzahar, Brand, etc). AP Bruisers already do fine top because they scale well and have good synergy with the ap mid, hence the dual-ap setup people often run.
Jungle's the same. Always been the initiators.
So yeah, the current meta is designed to counter what you have described.

Nope. That's the team composition you incorporated into this composition. Completely different.
So I'll restate what I said.
The jungler doesn't necessarily have to be tanky if bot lane is. But it's generally better for a reason I seem to have forgotten.
So I'll restate what I said.
- AP Carry top (already done sometimes with champions like
Kennen,
Vladimir,
Swain, etc), BUT I'm talking standard AP Carries like
Annie (stun is great),
Katarina (nearly ungankable if played properly),
Zyra, etc.
- AD Carry mid with high AoE and/or good escapes (preferably high AoE, like MF maxing
Make it Rain (probably a bad idea but w/e) or
Varus with QE so they can take Wraiths and farm better than they would have at bot)
- Anti-carry OR bruiser and support bot. Examples:

So basically the problems are:
-
[*}Non mobile AP Tops would get wrecked
- AD Mids can't roam as well with an inherently weaker mid game
- Bot is an 'all or nothing' kind of thing
?
zzz gonna sleep and check back tomorrow.
Some AD's can hold their own top lane OK. I'd send the carry top before mid, unless it was one with a strong early game, like Cait. I used to play mid Urgot a lot as well, but I haven't touched him for a while now, because people didn't like me breaking meta. Also I heard the nerfs hurt a lot :s
Another idea would be to have an anti mid, and bot lane, and send the carry top, but that would only do well against certain matchups.
Could go something like:
Corki top
Talon, Pantheon, etc mid
AP bot
Tanky support and jungler
Again something like this would only work when counterpicking.

Best champs to fill this are something tanky AP top (
clg.na used this once but failed hardcore because their botlane couldn't get any kills. And obviously, they gave the wrong bot laner farm.
