A strange mastery page, thoughts?

[/quote] cdr is always good, and exhaust/ignite ss is quite good as well. mpen on a lot of supports isn't necessarily really good because your auto attacks tend to do a lot of damage, and your abilities tend to be more 'oh i need to cc this person' or 'oh i need to use this to save someone' instead of 'time to bully this laner out completely by spamming my abilities'.[/quote]
