warmog and spirit visage must be core, no doubt about it. about the ad and as, BotRK and wit's end fit good with the kit, then raduin for armor and mercuries for boots. i think you can't do better than this: you have enough armor and mres, a lot of health and as, and a good life steal..

To be strong if played in lane, I would start with as much AD as possible. This AD combined with 
Blunt Force Trauma will deal super high damage to the enemy with just 1 hit. I made the same experience with AD Bruiser Gragas and his Drunken Rage. And now, with so much AD already under your belly, you can build near to only defense and still do respectable damage. The only thing which is missing is AS, which can be easily added by Wit's End or Blade of the Ruined King.
The idea behind this is to abuse the natural tankyness of a character and his AD steroid. Go full offense for lvl 1 since you have already your natural tankyness and then just buy defense to abuse your lvl 1 damage until lategame.
