Ezreal is used alot, ex. mancloud uses it in LCS, due to it's snowball possibilities and her easy escapeablity on E.
I've also seen some Quinn who is really annoying with the lvl 6 Roaming, birdform, run to but, have some supprisebuttsxs.
Others are kinda niche picks.
Sivir, this girl is kinda cool with spellshield to counter some APs, but no escapes make her easy campable lane.
