It's preference, I just don't see the benefits of the offense tree on a caster past the first 9 points EVEN THOUGH there are more caster friendly masteries now....It's just not "wowing" me. There are other factors like summoners to throw in, runes, item build. It'll require more testing, but for me 9/0/21 is still dominant over 21/0/9 or even 14/0/16, 15/0/15 and so on.
