[Champion Idea] Somniatora, The Fod of the Mind

After the stealth effect wears off, the allied champions have their Armor and MR reduced by 30% for 5 seconds. Cooldown: 25/20/18/15/12 Mana cost: 60/70/80/90/110 Range: 700 E: Hallucination Gives an ally champion a small shield that scales with AP for 80/85/90/95/100 (+50% AP). The next enemy champion to attack the shielded ally will be stunned, but the shield will be removed from the ally. Cooldown: 16/14/12/9/6 Mana cost: 50/55/60/70/80 Range: 400 R: Hypnosis (Channel) Somniatora begins chanting a spell, charming all enemy champions in a certain area. The enemy champions that are caught by the spell cannot use any abilities or move away, but can be attacked by creatures/other champions. The enemy champions are dealt 100/120/140/160/180 (+60% AP) over the duration of the channel. The channel lasts for 5/6/7/8/9 seconds, with Somniatora not being able to move. If an enemy champion comes into the radius after the spell has been cast, instead of getting charmed it will be slowed. Any CC put onto Somniatora after the spell will stop the channel. Cooldown: 160/140/100/80/60 Mana cost: 100/130/160/190/220 Range: 800 Jokes: Never give up on your dreams... Just keep on sleeping. Sleep is death without the responsibility.
