A concept I thought of today while playing a different game. Tactician relies on dynamic summons and can go any lane, although he would be a ridiculously slow jungler.


Autoattack range would be approximately that of Vayne's. Tactician uses a pistol for his autoattacks, and his crit animation would be him flipping his pistol immediately after the shot.

Tactician

Passive - All damage that Tactician or allied champions within a 500 range radius receives is evenly split
between all friendly champions in that radius. When an allied champion in this radius dies, all other
allies in the vicinity gain +15% movement speed. Tactician's summons are counted by this passive as
champions.


Q - Pusher (35s cd, 90/100/110/120/130 mana, 800 cast range)
Tactician summons a stationary Pusher, which lasts until killed or once Tactician is 3,000 units away from
it. This pusher pushes back all enemies and Tactician in a circle by (100/200/300/400/500) range every four
seconds, dealing (25/50/75/100/125)+30%AP Magic Damage. Only one pusher can be summoned at a given time.

When Pilfer is used on the pusher, it enters the "Pull" state until Pilfer is recasted on it. While in the
Pull state, the Pusher deals (25/50/75/100/125)+60%Bonus AD Physical damage and pulls Tactician and all
nearby enemies toward it every 4 seconds by (100/200/300/400/500) units. While in the Pull state, the
Pusher cannot push.

Pusher has (10/100/250)+30%HP health. Its attack range is 900.


W - Pilfer (6s cd, 40 mana, 900 cast range)
Tactician steals (55/80/115/140/185)+40%AP health (magic damage)
from an enemy unit. If used on a Pusher, it activates the Pull state. If used on a Healer, it activates the
Turret state.


E - Healer (30s cd, 120 mana, 800 cast range)
Tactician summons a stationary Healing turret. The turret lasts until killed or once Tactician is 3,000
units away from it. The Healer heals the nearest allied champion within 1,000 range every (12/11/10/9/8)
seconds for (40/70/100/130/160)+45%AP HP. Only one Healer can be summoned at any time.

When Pilfer is used on the Healer, it enters the "Turret" state until Pilfer is recasted on it. While in
the turret state, the healer fires a bolt that can hit up to two targets (can be blocked by two minions)
that deals (60/105/150/195/240)+70%AD physical damage. One of these bults are fired every (12/11/10/9/8)
seconds. While in the Turret state, the Healer cannot heal.

Healer has (10/100/250)+30%HP health. Its attack range is 1,500.


R - Evolution (120/110/100s cd, 150 mana, 1500 cast range)
Tactician doubles the fire rate of target summons (Healer or Pusher) for (6/8/10) seconds. Once cast,
Evolution can be cast a second time to switch the positions of Tactician and one of his turrets. While
Evolution is active, Tactician's basic attacks deal (50/100/150) bonus physical damage.
