Increases AD by 20%
Increase AD by 60
Build from a Pickaxe and and a BF Sword
It high time AD champs got a shot at a % increasing item.

It is OP but w/e I want it.

because a nuke
a) doesnt have a 1:1 ratio
b) doesn't crit
c) doesn't hit at nearly 2 times a second.
