Actually, if you play him as a counterpick, he can get very very ridiculous. He counters nearly all meele champs, so this way he can snowball and if Darius snowballs, it is pretty much GG!

Think about him like Jax, which is stronger early but has the same late.
He is gonna kill you!!!

Darius has a **** late game.

For him it's either crush fight or completely lose. No in between.

I don't think he beats Sion though.

edit: Or Kayle.

This man. He has a point. 5 two second stuns still only lasts two seconds. If I did my math right.

Yeah, but if they do space it out no champion should be able to survive that much CC.

Also what terrible late game? He builds tanky enough that he can keep fighting till his abilities come off CD and then beat the snot out of anyone near him.

Darius hype train makes me chuckle.

He's good, but he's not the -kind- of good that people are making him out to be.

Udyr does just fine, Lee does just fine, Many champions do just fine Vrs Darius in lane.

Oh sorry my bad.

Everyone, you are permitted to complain all you like, instead of plotting how to beat a champion with zero sustain in the top lane!: P

CARRY ON!

Both player's sustain doesn't matter if he 100 - 0's you every time you go to lane.

If he gets a level advantage over you, GG.

if anything about him is op i think its his passive. I can rock his **** in lane with riven, but add in the passive and it starts moving the other direction
Credit goes to JEFFY40HANDS for this godly imposing Viktor

It sounds kind of n00bsuck, but my general rule for determining if a champ is op or not is looking for them on pro streams.
The people playing them are skilled, the people going against them are skilled.
I've seen Darius get contained on Dyrus' stream, and Hotshot's stream.
Therefore, not OP.

Oh, also, using my own brain, his range is too short, he gets countered by hard cc and range dps combos.
An Annie or Ahri who is in range of his pull is too close.

How is this any different from half of the champions in this game who are played top lane?

Yes. Noobs are saying he's OP, yet they are just letting him 4-5 stack them too often and eating a million free damage. Suddenly ulti + ignite and they wonder why they are dead lol!

Yeah his range is so short that it's pretty reasonable that he's strong when he finally gets to you.
