'Elo Hell' your thoughts on this.

Teams, relatively atleast, are exactly the same at 20 elo as 2000. Everyone at 2000 elo got there because they won a bunch of games, and everyone at 20 elo got there because they lost a bunch of games. Relatively, your teams will be roughly your skill level. ELO is a TRUE measure of skill. It's not how good a measure of skill it is, it's what skill it's measuring. ELO is a roughly accurate measurement of how well you can carry a team to victory. This doesn't mean "how good are you at AD+Support Bot and then carrying late game" it means "how good are you at winning games?". The reason that Hotshot and LP are at the top isn't because they are exceptional players, it's because they know when and why to do things.[/quote]
