I'm in 1000+ Elo, and I meet trolls every time I play a ranked game.
How do 4 Trundles play in the same game ._.
Anyway, a situation occured in my very 1st ranked game where my team's Jax decides to solo lane against 2 others, getting raped horribly and blaming me(Jungler Rammuns) for not ganking when I secured a ton of kills at mid with TF (Before debuff). Bottom lane's Nunu decides to ulti creeps every time he gets it up, severely crippling the wave of creeps (But not any champions who didn't bother saving flash by walking out).

It's simply not true though.
There aren't any trolls @ 100 elo, they are all just super bad players.
At 2000 elo however, people troll just to spite others.
It's not Trolling if you're just playing badly.

There's trolls at every elo. People will intentionally troll, people will rage hardcore, and people will afk even in 1700. However, the more games you play, the more your elo is going to balance out. Personally, when I go on a huge losing streak, it's usually the first few games because of a troll, and then after that simply because I am playing bad. You need to be able to look past k/d and recognize your mistakes, or you will never become better at this game.

Learning from your own mistakes, and even more so, recognizing your own mistakes is crucial to learning.

I could land a couple of good combis, always manage to taunt their AD carry etc -.- Also, I tend to be a big meatshield in my team. Nunu personally said that he was gonna troll after him dying a couple of times without help from his lane partner

Sometimes I did make the mistakes of taunting the opponent AP carry instead of AD -.-... and possibly the time where I like ganking mid above all lanes (My friend as TF was there). I liked easier communications :/

I've had plenty of feeders/leavers and downright ******ed people on my team alot times during my fight for higher elo.
I myself however, have also been doing all of those things - Recently I figured out what I need to stop doing.
If you have atleast 3-4 champs you are really GOOD at playing that fills out most roles, then you f*cking play them! Don't pick Alistar because your team needs CC unless you know how to play Alistar - Same with AD carries, junglers etc.
If your mains get picked by everyone else, make sure you have some reserve champs that you are just or atleast close to, as good to play.
Master of all jacks will get you nowhere in solo que ranked. Master your mains and it will bring you a long way.

And don't play Cho'Gath - He can't really carry lategame.

What most people consider being ELO Hell is when you get queued with an amount of bad players in your team that makes it impossible for you to win.
You will find this amount on most ELO's, I'd say from 0-1800.
And even in very high ELO(>2000) you can still get queued with ELO 1800 Players who cannot keep up with the better players.
another interesting explanation I found a while ago:
LOL at 100 Elo. However, 1400 doesn't make much sense (Pure farmer? Afk?). A team without a jungler is good opposed to a team with a jungler early game. I've seen situations that the solo lane ends up dead a ton of times that even 1 person with solo lane exp cannot counter 2 with greater gold.
