Fastest jungler to what goal? Level 4?
Stonewall has videos for most champions in the newest jungle, and he's been saying that Shyvana has the fastest clear to Level 4. I believe that he had mentioned that Dr. Mundo was the second fastest clear to Level 4.

But how would shaco have beaten them? You mean the double buff route? because that isn't really a complete clear albeit fast.
Why does everyone say 
Shaco clears fast? He clears super slow, since he has to auto the whole time, and only can clear fast if he stacks a ton of boxes in one spot. Yeah, he can get 2 buffs + wraiths in like, 2:30 minutes or something, but he's slow afterwards and never really completes a full clear, as he ganks a lot.

If I don't have to gank, then I can just stay and jungle until blue comes up, then jungle some more. I literally almost never have to go back, but that isn't a very good idea.
