i cant imagine vlad doing well vs her
before the irelia nerf, she countered fiora quite hard but i dont know about that now...
pretty much anything that can tank through/sustain through/out dmg her combo
the thing about fiora is, shes very allin so she is super gankable, thats why she doesnt need to be outright countered but can be dominated by most matchups
i would have to add leesin because he can perfectly juke away after she activates her e
