If you don't, you will loose. This way you got at least a chance to win. Just for my understanding: Assuming a pre6 fight, Teemo will have either the MS boost or the blind at lv2. At lv3, Fiora gets a MS boost, assume she can still stay in range for one or two auto attacks after the blinds wear off. She got a second dash. Dash gives MS as well if used properly. Maybe I just didn't met that good Teemos with Fiora. But unlike with some other champs I don't struggle that much vs him as Fiora.[/quote]
