if you stand on the fountain before minions spawn and use arcane shift, does it hit an enemy champ.

sorry if this question is really noobish but i am trying to figure out the tooltip on this spell and i have never played ezreal.

I'm pretty sure there's a maximum range to it so, no it wouldn't. And, it wouldn't matter really. They're standing on their healing platform.

It doesn't hit anything, it is just like some sort of Flash in this situation. And in Teamfights it should generally be handled as a positioning tool, not as a dmg skill.
