One is your passive unique, other is an unique aura that is applied on champions that are near you, and it does lower the Armor of nearby enemies. On the sidenote. Yoyo gives ArP Stark lowers armor via debuff Yoyo ArP works on everything Stark works only for champions.[/quote]
