I've played tanky AD Kassadin and its stupid powerful late game, with ad Kassadin, fiddlesticks is afraid of you =P (2.5 AS due to magic damage being constantly applied)

But on topic, Gragas' kit really fits all categories, but in his current state AP Gragas is most viable.
