Standard ranged DPS setup. Not exactly hard to build.

HP/lvl or armor seals
MR or MR/lvl or MP5/lvl glyphs
AD or ArP quints (I think AD will be the way to go, but not entirely sure yet)

Core: Last Whisper, Zerk/Merc, Infinity Edge.
