Mobility/swiftness is the only combo I'll ever do, and I'll do that in troll games . Zerkers/swiftness would be pointless you could just get swiftness and a dagger for the same effect.
Mobility and swiftness do not stack the base move speed amounts, if you buy both you get move speed 5 out of combat and move speed 3 in combat instead of the just 2 you would have from just mobility.

Ontopic: You'd waste too much money with the movement's unique-passiveness... If you have any other boots, Zeal>Zerker, Emblem of Valor>Tabi, Miracle/Chalice>Merc and so on.
