Idea to fix Lucian's ultimate.

To compensate for the higher degree of easy use on it, some counter balance would have to be put in place. First, it is already body blocked by targets in front of the intended target anyway so that's fair. Secondly, I'd lower the base damage, but have it increase greatly the closer the target is to [[Lucian]]. This way there is a very strong incentive to back the fuck off from him if he has his ultimate available. It also stops [[lucian]] from sniping people for ludicrous damage with it. That being said the cooldown might need some changes too. Anyway, what do you guys think?[/quote]
