It has an efficiency of +678 gold (discluding the +8% crit damage, random CDR, and active ability, not to mention it has a gold generating item in it's recipe so it gets EVEN MORE efficient the longer you hold that avarice blade...) and has so many critical stats for AD champs that you'd kind of be dumb not to get it. From looking at the above comments, if this item were to be released, it'd be a sleeper hit. People would completely disregard it like Wriggles when it first came out, then realize it's super OP and then everyone would buy it forcing Riot to nerf it.[/quote]

[/quote]No what I meant to say was that, in it's current incarnation, Bilgewater claymore is [b]OP[/b]. Aside from Armor Pen and move speed, it has every single stat you would ever want on an AD champ and they are all at decently powerful levels.[/quote]
