Kain, Wrath of the Elements

[b]Kain, Wrath of the Elements[/b] Roles: Fighter, Hybrid Kain is a melee Fighter who uses his special item, the Oak Staff, to change his fighting style throughout the game while still dealing tons of damage. Passive: Avatar: Kain starts the game with his Oak Staff as an item in his inventory. He cannot sell the Oak staff and can be upgraded over the course of the game. Once it is upgraded it cannot be sold back or replaced with a different version. [*] Oak Staff: 3 Attack damage per level. [Q]: Fiery Strike: Kain's Next auto attack deals 10/15/20/25/30 (1.0 Total AD) physical damage and deals 10/20/30/40/50% of the damage done as magic damage over the next 3 seconds. Range: Auto attack range, Cooldown: 7 seconds, Cost : 50 Mana [W]: Earth Barrier: Kain gains an earth barrier around himself, shielding himself for 60/80/120/160/200 (0.5 AP) damage for the next 4 seconds. If the shield breaks before its duration is expired, it explodes for 50/75/100/125/150 (0.5 AP) magic damage. Range: 175, Cooldown: 14/13/12/11/10, Cost: 90 mana [E]: Rushing Torrent: Kain rushes forward with a surge of water dealing 30/50/70/90/110 (0.4 AD)(0.6 AP) to all enemiues in his path and slowing them by 15/25/35/45/55% for the next 1.75 seconds. Range: 525, Cooldown: 12 seconds, Cost: 70/80/90/100/110 mana [R]: Maelstorm: Kain summons a gaint twister at target location, knocking up all enemies in its path and dealing 50/100/150 (0.8 Bonus AD)(0.4 AP) magic damage each second for 5 seconds. The twister cannot be controleld but will seek out the lowest health enemy champion within vision. Range: 550 Cast distance, 300 Twister size, 410 Twister Movement speed, Cooldown: 90 seconds, Cost: 100 mana Oak Staff upgrades: Essence of Fire: 30 AD, 20 armor pen, Unique: Firey Strike explodes upon use, placing the Magic DOT on all nearby enemy champions within the explosion range. Range: 200 Essence of Earth: 250 Health, 40 Armor, 40 Magic, Unique: Kain gains 35% reduction on all Snares,Stuns,Immobilizes on him and increases the strength of his Earth Barrier Shield by 50%. Essence of Water: 20 AD, 20 AP, Unique: Rushing Torrent knocks up all targets in his path and increases his movement speed by 30% afterwards for 2 seconds. Essence of Wind: 60% attack speed, Unique: Maelstorm's twister gains 30 addtional movement speed and Kain gains 40% Armor pen and Magic pen while inside the Twister. Lore: The Kumungu jungle is one of the most hostile places in Valoran. You adapt or you die. Survival of the fittest. This makes the story of Kain even more special then it already is. A 7 year old boy from a trade caravan, became stranded in the deepest aprt of the jungle after his caravan and his family was attacked by pack of wild animals. Alone and afraid, Kain wandered for what felt like days, his senses drowned out by the events of the past day. Suddenly, out of the blue, he saw the shilouette of a beautiful woman, clad in fur and brandishing a large spear. With no other choices, Kain chased the women, crying for her help, only to be lead to a large clearing. Exhausted, Kain collapsed, only to awake 2 days later to a sight unbeholden by any on Runeterra before him. Four large entities surrounded him, each with a different shape and look. They explained to the boy who they were and what he was to be able to see them. They were Elementals, lords of their own respective kind and he was an elementalist, a conduit from which they can commune with the mortal world. The last elementalist died on Runeterra in the last Rune-War. Wishing not to lose the only Elementalist born into Runeterra within 500 years, the Lords taught Kain to Channel their powers, allowing him to survive and adapt to the harsh world around him. Eleven years passed and Kain was a full blown Elementalist. Having communed with each lord over the last decade, he learned much of their role and how each creature works in order with each element. But that changed on the day Demecia and Noxus arrived in the Kumugu jungle. Kain discovered their mining operations and how they warped the world around him. He called to each lord, asking for them to explain how these people can break the order of the elements. As they awnsered him, they cried in pain about their way of life being missued, destoryed and polluted. In a fit of Rage, Kain demolished each mining camp inside the Jungle. As he finished his rampage, the lords showed him a vison that these types of desecrations are all over the world. Vowing to save the world of the people who saved him, Kain set off. Stumbling upon the League of Legends, Kain vowed that he would use the League to show everyone how they were destroying the world, by destroying them. "Earth, Fire, Wind and Water. [quote=DillButt64]ick you took viktors terrible passive and put it on this guy D: change the passive the main reasons viktor isnt played is because of that passive the shield is a bit strong because its either ignore him or break the shield and get hurt, if i said to change it it would end up being just like sions shield, i would make the damage a lot lower on the shield is the ult sorta like viktors ult? seems like it to me E is fine but it deals less damage than his shield...id make the damages on this higher but make the slow % lower Q make the DoT a bit lower %, someone can stack AD and just win trades if they max this first and then takes the shield second[/quote]
