it just depends on how you build him. my build (which will be released 2morrow, still gotta do a little more work.) prioritizes e and w, not gonna give away much yet but its for the slow and the shield.

What's his ideal skill sequence? Both Jungle and Laning.
For Jungling:
I'm thinking you start with W for the lifesteal/spellvamp.
"E" for the AoE damage.
"Q" at level4 for ganks.
Haven't given much thought about laning.
