I was working on this a while ago and never finished him. I want to, could I get some feedback and change suggestions since I know he does need change, I wanna change his ult to something else.

TO DO:
- Moar concept art!
- Cooldown times
- Change up his ult to do something to scale off of AP or else his E's active is kinda "meh"
-ADJUST #'S RAGE OP RAGE OP. Actually idk some of it just sounds OP so I need to run calculations.

Stats:Range: 500 (One of the higher mage auto attack ranges, I think soraka has the highest with 550)
Damage: 50 (+3.3/level)
HP: 450 (+88/level)
Mana: 300 (+65/level)
Move Speed: 315
Armor: 15 (+3.5/level)
MR: 30
HP Reg: 1.00 (+0.12/level)
Mana Reg: 1.40 (+0.15/level)

Taunt: "I will sing of your defeat!"
Joke: "I gave that pitch a vibrato, pitches love vibrato"

General Information:
When I thought this guy up, I had a lot of inspiration for being A BIT similar to Sona, not just a male version, but to have a musician male would be neat. So yes, one of his skills happens to be him playing his flute, but oh well it's not just a Sona clone. As far as the Lore goes, I was thinking and it's pretty simple, he's just a bard from Demacia (One of the best due to being embowed with his magical flute from oh, idk another "x" champion) who was recruited to join the league by "x" Demacian champion. Generic Lore stuff. o_o;

Skills:
Passive: Bards MusicLegato tells the story through music of all nearby champions (1000 range perhaps?) increasing HP5 and MP5 by 4/8/12 (scales on levels 6/11/16) only activates if a teammate is nearby

Q -> Piercing Blow (0.6 Ratio)

Legato plays a note on his flute causing nearby enemies to take 80/140/190/200/250 damage and reduces their armor by %10 (all levels) Amount of enemies hit scales on level to prevent it being a giant AOE nuke of cluster**** (Targets closest units first)

Level 1: 1 Champion, 2 Minions // 80 Mana
Level 2: 1 Champion, 5 Minions // 120 Mana
Level 3: 2 Champions, 5 Minions // 130 Mana
Level 4; 3 Champions, 10 Minions // 150 Mana
Level 5: 4 Champions, 10 Minions // 200 Mana

W -> Adagio (Random Trivia: Music term for playing slowly or "at ease") (No ratio effect)

Legato slows and banishes the targeted enemy champion to a different realm for a short period of time rendering them immune to all physical attacks yet making them more prone to magic attacks.

Level 1: MS -20%.Magic Damage Taken +20% Duration: 1.5 Seconds // Mana: 100
Level 2: MS -20% Magic Damage Taken +20% Duration: 2 Seconds // Mana 130
Level 3: MS -25% Magic Damage Taken +25% Duration 2.5 Seconds // Mana 160
Level 4: MS -25% Magic Damage Taken +25% Duration 3 Seconds // Mana 190
Level 5: MS -30% Magic Taken Taken +30% Duration 3 Seconds // Mana 230

Remember, they're 100% immune to physical damage, so its not like a bloodrazor will make this OP either.

Edit: 700 damage nuke is an extra 210 damage at level 5 Adagio(Quite a bit, maybe too much? BUT). I don't see any decent Legato Adagio'ing a caster for that say veigar to 700 nuke the target though, that veigar could probably one combo that squishy caster if he has 700 damage ult anyway. I can see Adagio being a skill you cast on the tanks for your burst casters to take them out far faster, or the beefy DPS (Say for example of that ****ing Yi built a warmogs and atmas)

There is room to move on the %'s but I think so far they've been reasonable when running calculations, after 550 is when it starts to get questionable on damage though, so we'll see. I'll run some more calculations later.

E -> Harmonious Soul (Passive w/ Active)

Passive:

Legato tunes into his inner self, every time an allied spell is cast within 800 range, Legato gains a 7% MS/AS boost (2/3/4/5/6) seconds level dependent) and gets healed for 25/50/75/100/150 depending on this skills level.

Cooldown on passive effects to be triggered: 3 seconds

Active: (100/125/150/175/200 mana cost) (fairly long cool down, I'm thinking... somewhere around the 25-30ish mark?)

Legato gives up the harmony within to allow chaos to take over his soul, increasing his AP by 10/15/20/25/30 and hitting the nearest champion in a 600 range dealing damage over time equal to 150+his current AP (all levels equal damage)


R -> Tacet (Musical term for "Silence, do not play anything" or latin for "it is silent")

Legato calls out "Tacet, Tacet, Tacet!" Causing all enemies on the map to be silenced for 2/2.5/3/3.5/4/4.5 seconds takes effect regardless of any status effects on the enemy champions (invisible, banshee's etc)

This is still a work in progress, some #'s need to be tweaked, more concept art needs to be added, and I need to come up with cool down times for skills and some sort of additional feature to his ult.
Currently looking for a team, I'm an amazing skill-shotter and prefer tanky roles (Garen, Renek, Amumu) or straight up AP DPS (Nidalee, Veigar, etc) :3 Although I'm a great Sona too.

+rep for the joke.
ON topic: The R is a bot OP. Banshee's should still block it and it should not be the entire map. Drop the healing on the passive for E a bit and lower the speed increase as well. Make the W be able to be cast on allies as well and instead of increasing damage done to allies, have it increase armor/MR and give speed boosts and the opposite to enemies.

I think by allowing you to target allies and doing that, it would make it OP. As it's already incredibly strong being able to use on enemies, making it a ally buff to would just be crazy. And yeah maybe drop the E heal down by 50% would do the trick.

Really don't know what to dow ith his ult though, if I make it non global and make banshee's block it, it's really nto very good compared to other ults, so idk ill probably have to re-work his whole ult.


Edit: also when he uses his AP boosting skill, I'm thinking it should drop his HP down by 30%

For his W, I meant, change the effect so it raises or lowers Armor+MR based on friend or foe.

Global silence is hard to balance in general because, it is a serious hard-counter to anyone with any channeled skill. Especially for a 4.5 second duration.

The numbers for his initial HP5 and MP5 seem a bit low. Ofc, I play with full runes and masteries so, I'm not sure what good numbers are. The scaling seems terrible too.

A 15-20 second CD seems about right for his E's active. But, the damage and range doesn't warrant enough for a health loss.

The ultimate is far too OP.. You simply can't have a global silence, since rendering the enemies unable to use abilities for 4.5 seconds gives too big an advantage..

Other than that a great idea and some nice features with the taunt & joke xD
