Infinity Edge and that's the build I like best too.
You can play him with virtually any support to be honest, Lucian is very versatile and works with practically any lane. Lucian + Annie was probably the strongest lane in the game last patch but any aggressive or poke support should work fine. He's also pretty straightforward and easy to pick up, the only difficult part is learning the right moments to use his ult so that it actually does something.
Unfortunately his Q was just nerfed by 40 at max rank which is a lot so I have my doubts that he'll continue to be top tier.

Thanks for the good response.
I think he still remains a strong pick and I'll consider expanding my adc pool with him even after the nerf.

My question first of all is about the build. I have very little time to test out, so I'd like opinion on the best option for those that have fiddled around with it:
Rush BT or Triforce ? LW or BT after Triforce ?
I would propably go for Triforce --> BT --> Zeal --> LW or something, but I don't even ahve
Second: Which supports you prefer and how do you play him generally ?
