Now I see you mentioned Mordekaiser, who is usually built as a tank(or a very tanky dps). Now along the lines of tanks I don't see a point in getting it, because it does magic damage. What tank is dumb enough not to get MR? So in that view its not a very anti-tank item unless they straight up ignore it.[/quote]
