i don't think he actually would be viable cause he sounds to have wayy too small range to avaibl to do anything and those dmgs you do to yourself will not be good in lanning..

yeah thats like 45% of your health gone if you use your ult and then E and then heal with W then ult and Q only to use up all of your abilities and be in the middle of a fight just for one big attack which isnt as good as the burst mages being able to do that much damage at a range without losing about half of your health

Lore:
The Institute of War has needed medics since the League of Legends was founded.
They had to be neutral, willing to treat all patients equally and extremely efficient at what they did. Malkarra was all of these.
Along with these skills, he was exceptional in the craft of poisons. At the start, he was able to test them on the freshly injured champions without being noticed. However, as the poisons increased in lethality, some of the champions noticed and begun to object, some violently.
When Malkarra had perfected his perfect poison, something went horribly wrong.
When he attempted to administer it to Talon, he fought back, smashing the vial and getting some on his blades. The blade cut Malkarra, to devestating effect.
He collapsed to the floor in immense pain, before running out of the Institute of War. An order was sent out for his capture and a week later, he was found.
The state they found him in was a sight to behold. The poison had taken over most of his chest and right arm, turning the veins black. He was still in immense pain, but somehow seemed stronger for it. He was ordered back to the Institute of War, where he resumed his duties as a medic until they found about his aptitude with poisons. He was rushed through the champion induction process due to his position in the Institute and now serves the League on the front lines.
