Would you like this Champion introduced to the game?
First we must start with his E which is named Yin&Yang. This skill is important because it will define Bei's other abilities and passive.
By pressing E Bei can toggle between Stances which changes his other spells and passive.
There is a simple duality to this spell and allows Bei to change between an Offensive orientated skill set and a Defensive skill set.

Now let's take a look at his Q which is named Red&Black.
Depending on which stance of Yin&Yang is active Bei gets one of the following abillity:
Yin, being the defensive stance, he gets: Bei splashes black ink in an AoE on the ground coating allies in black paint and gaining one stack in Yin giving him or his allies bonus movement speed and damage reduction.
Here is the thumbnail:

Yang, being the ofensive stance, he splashes ink in an AoE on the ground covering enemy champions in red paint and gaining one stack in Yang slowing their movement speed and amplyfing damage taken from all sources. So basically the opposite of Yin.
Here is the thumbnail:

Champions can have a maximum of 10 Yin&Yang stacks on them, be it allie or enemy and last a limited amount of time.
Yang also has a damaging component. By holding and releasing Q in a targeted direction Bei shoots red paint in a long but narrow AoE damaging enemies the farther away they are.
Here is the thumbnail:

Playstyle: Basically you want to get as many stacks on the enemy before you attack or if you are expecting a team fight try keeping max stacks on as many allies as you can.

His W is called Path of Faith.
For Yin: Bei lets his brush dripp with black ink leaving a trail of ink on the ground that protects allies who step on it by increasing their health regeneration and granting them increased tenacity for a limited time.

For Yang the trail of ink is red and it gives bonus movement speed to Bei and allies [half only to allies] and burns
enemies for damage over time for a limited duration.

Now let's talk about Bei's R, which is his Ultimate named Heavenly Celestial Dragon.
Let's see what it does:
For when in Yin stance it is a defensive ultimate:
Bei targets an allie champion, draws with his brush a black ink dragon which after a short cast animation starts traveling to the targeted allie.
Allies the dragon passes through are healed for a small amout and gain half stacks, meaning five, of his Q Black. The targeted allie is healed for more and gets max stacks.
Here is the thumbnail:

For Yang the dragon is red, is targeted at an enemy and it applies half stacks of Q Red to enemies it passes through. The targeted enemy gets the max 10 stacks and is dragged a long distance by the dragon's mouth.
Here is the thumbnail:

Playstyle: Use the dragon to either save and buff allies or debuff and take one enemy out of the fight by kidnapping them and dragging it away from the fight.

Lastly we get to Bei's passive named Master of Ink:
For Yin stance Bei debuffs enemy Champions by decreasing their attack speed when attacked for every stack of his Q.

For Yang stance Bei gets bonnus attacks speed on enemy Champions for every stack of Q they have on them.

Playstyle: Try to have max stacks on you to annoy the enemy or max stacks on them if you are planning to auto-attack them.

Bei is the Ink Master of Ionia and Hwei's former master.
Bei wields a calligraphy brush and is an interesting combination of bruiser and support champion. Here I will dwelve into his abillity kit, visuals and playstyle.
He has a total of 7 abilities and 2 different passives, but can only have 4 abilities and 1 passive at any given time. To see how this works let's take a look with me at his skill set.
