Methods to wipe out RNG: % damage into true...

I recently had an idea for a new system that replaces crit at leage of legends and a rework to an old system which would replace dodge then. The two things which I would suggest are:

% of damage into true dmg


I had the idea for this from an alpha item, Oracle's Hood. It was an pretty OP item, which gives you a change to improve your spells by 25% true dmg. Well, then I had the idea, why shouldn't be items in the game, which transform some part of the dealed damage into true dmg, like Corki's Hextech Shrapnel Shells? I think it should stack like dodge before, means with dimishing returns. For that, you can get it on multiple items. You can never transform 100% of your dmg into true dmg, but every carry should reach at least 50%. This way, crit is no longer needed, because there is an other way to improve the damage of auto attacks. But wait, only for auto attacks? No! Spells could be improved at the same way. So we no longer have a stat that only improves auto attacks.


% Damage reduction:



Well, this actually exists in the game, but isn't really worth it. The masterys for it are **** and Leviathan, well. So I thought about, that % damage reduction should now be stackable with multiple items. This could effectively remove dodge while giving an alternative non RNG stat. But, like the suggested % of damage into true damage it should stack with dimishing returns, like CC-reduction.^^

I don't know if it should reduce true damage, this would need testing.

2 More ideas:

% increased damage


This works actually like the stat crit dmg, but not random. Some abilities like Poppy's Diplomatic Immunity already feature that. It should be perfect, because it is counterable, not like true dmg, but not RNG. If you get items which increase that, you no longer need crit at all. Ashe's Focus could increase the % increased damage for the next hit. Or Tryndamere's fury bar could increase damage depending on fury.

This should maybe cap at 300% bonus damage, otherwise, some champs could be OP.

% Armor and magic resist increase


This would be the direct counterpart to the % increased damage. Increasing armor and magicresist means the enemy has to get more armorpen and magicpen, making the increased damage countered. But, it shouldn't be too high.

But, Magicresist and Armor should also cap now, maybe at 400.
