Yeah, it's a modifier, but it's not in the same line as how Mantra works (which is purely spell enhancement).

The passive is awful. She already has her Felecity as a vision trap.
Transform Cat is a bit OP, you need to tune down the charm duration, in exchange increase the range.
Change the bonus transform Monkey gives, additional MS is not needed since Agility already provides it.
Porosity is UP, the armor & MR is fine but it needs something more.
Transform Poro is a bit problematic, you're gonna need to give her some HP and some resistances if you want her to be in the frontlines. Also 7 seconds is a bit too long a cooldown.
Question: Can she cast abilities while transformed, if so what transformations can do so, what can't. What are the type of spell they are limited to casting? I bring this up because remaining as a huge chunk of cuteness will have a lot of cons if she can't cast Agility to dash in to the front lines, disabling the enemies, or Felecity with a tweak.

{P} Fae Eyes/Perceptivity: Natania (and ONLY Natania, not allies) can see enemies in brush.
{Q} Felicity: Natania places a visible snare that snare enemies for 1/1.5/2/2.5/3 seconds and lowers their MR by 5/10/15/20/25 and reveals enemies who walk on them. She can place up to 5 of these snares. TRANSFORM CAT: Natania turns into a pitiful kitten, who mewls, charming enemies around her for 1/2/3 seconds.
{W} Agility: Natania dashes forward, leaving a swarth of faegrass in her wake. The faegrass speeds up allies by 4/8/12/16/20 (flat) and slows enemies by the same amount. TRANSFORM MONKEY: Natania turns into a small monkey. Nearby allies gain a 10/20/30-30/40/50% MS bonus which lasts for 3 seconds. This bonus is lowered the farther away then are from Natania.
{E} Porosity: Target allied champion gains 10/20/30/40/50 Armor and MR. Natania gains half of this amount. TRANSFORM PORO: Natania turns into a (large) Poro for 15s. Moving towards enemies knocks them aside and slows them by 10/20/30% for 1s. This effect cannot be applied more than once every 7 seconds.
{R} Transformation: Natania disguises herself as an animal, gaining temporary bonuses or causing certain effects. Hit R before activating another spell to cancel Transformation without it going on CD.
Really early progress on this champion. The only things I definitely wanted were a full Fae champion (not Lulu, who's just adopted by the Fae) and the AoE Charm. Her basic walking animation is skipping-like, but if her MS breaks 400, she glides.
Things that most likely need to be changed:
- Passive. Seems either OP or UP...maybe something along "AAs restore 4/8/12/etc HP to a nearby ally, with a 50% reduction against minions and jungle mobs" would be better.
- Her lack of poking ability. Probably a subset of her being melee.
- Her lack of non-ultimate hard CC, heals, or shields (besides suggested passive)
