I think it's an entire rework, so expect new spells altogether. They mentioned scaling off of mana, but I'm not sure what they meant by this. Will AP still be useful? In that case, get ToG > RoA > Archangel's, but if not, get ToG > Glacial Shroud > whatever else build mana (2 catalyst the protector?). I'm not going to speculate any further until I see the update.

Archangels stacking could easily be viable. I sorta wish he'd have more variety than that.

I think it's interesting. Though I think that if rune prison now can range against other carries he will be very difficult to deal with.
