Ah those 4% CD Reduction masteries are barely noticeable. I take CD Reduction per level Glyphs and 6% CD reduction in Utility and that's 15% CDR. With Shurelya's Battlesong you have 30% CDR. It's capped at 40%.

Means starting with 10% CDR, so it frees up runes (since you get 15% from CDR boots and 15% from Shurelya's + 10% from masteries = cap). Could use armour marks and MR glyphs, or whatever you fancy.
Been hearing to go 0/0/30, presumably for starting gold/MS/reduced death/improved blue pill? What do you guys think? I tend to go a mix of HP/MS quints anyway, so I don't really need the MS mastery as such.
