Yup, usually get the move speed, but ill get spell vamp on Soraka, and maybe on Janna.

I know CDR is capped at 40. That's why I said 10% from masteries, along with Shurelya's and CDR boots bring you the cap and frees up runes for whatever you want.

I prefer CDR/level Glyphs and Mercury/Ninja combo over Defensive Glyphs and CDR boots.

Things turn out best for the people who make the best out of the way things turn out.
