I like the way that Spellflux Dagger builds from your previous item idea.
The boots are nice, though 20 armor penetration is quite a lot from boots, isn't it? If I remember correctly Brutalizer gives 15.. But then again the boots are quite expensive, so it might be fairly balanced. x)

That is a good compromise between my two suggestions...it would make jungling on a lot of champs easier I'd imagine..and give champs that start with decent AS an option to get slightly better early game damage instead of more AS...
It doesn't slow as much, but it blinds as well. It could be another counter item to Trynda, but it would remove the unique part of Teemo, since he is the only blinder right now. (If I remember correctly). But it would also make it easier against AD offtanks like Xin, Renekton, Irealia etc., if you could blind them once in a while.

Those were 3 ideas on items - I do not know whether they are balanced or not, or even viable on that many champions.. They are just quick ideas I just came up with.
