From what I can understand, OP is asking where to put Xerath if morgana is picked by enemy team?

either mid or solo top, obviously. Or don't pick him at all.

You usually get taric for his offensive powers with stun, and armor aura to counter the AD damage bot.

Alistar got better offensive powers than taric. And xerath already got armor booster. At least that is what i put together.

Xerath gets like 50 bonus armor from A Deathcap or something. At least that's what I saw when I played with one :c

Rylai's + Zhonya's + Specter core on him too, I guess :c
