Require opinions on Rune Page construction

But CDR is kinda expensive so I think you should start with MR. HP quints are the most universal quintessences, they should fit your need. Getting all these runes will cost about 27000IP, but you don't need the CDR glyphs right away, without them the runes will cost about 20000IP. Hope it helps.[/quote]
