W: Vampiric Aura
Passive:
Nearby friendly melee units gain HP based on their damage dealt when attacking enemy units. This also counts for minions.
Lifesteal: 10% / 12% / 14% / 16% / 18%

Passive:
Skeleton King gains bonus critical chance and damage.
Critical Chance: 15%
Critical Damage: 15%/30%/45%/60%/75%

R: Reincarnation
Passive 1: Guardian Angel's passive and Chronoshift do not work on Skeleton King. Omen of Death will work on Skeleton King, but will not revive him after his death.
Passive 2: Skeleton King's bones reform after death, causing him to resurrect when killed in battle. Upon reincarnation, enemy units in the area of 700 will be slowed by 30% for 3 seconds.

Cooldown Time: 200 / 150 / 100
%HP and %Mana after revive: 70%, 100% with Guardian Angel

Yeah, it is powerfull, but look at the mana cost and the mana pool.

Seems like a Yorick and a Sion type of champion. His W also seems a little too strong, but nice champion idea.

I'm sorry, I thought the early entry pub stomps stopped when Eve was nerfed.

A 4 second CC at level 1 is just horrendous. Literally nobody in the league has that right now. Closest is about 3 at level 9, with one skill anyway. Sure you can chain skills, but that requires a lot of skill depending on who you are.

Oh, yup, CC with this guy is OP. Mana cost is way too high, maybe show scaling?

The mana is actually the thing which keeps his spells in balance. Because he has to choose: "Do I stun once more or I die". Of course, it is a big spell, but it costs so much mana that it has to be used wisely. Nobody has so high mana costs combined with so low spell costs aswell. Nobody has 3 passives aswell.

He will shine lategame and only lategame, like in Dota.

You don't say whether Hellfire Blast does magic or physical damage. As for the "Damage:" part of the skill is that the initial damage upon impact?
Also you said Guardian Angel does not work for him but later on you said:100% with Guardian Angel.
Other than that he reminds me of Warmonger Sion.

Hellfire Blast deals magic damage. And, as said, the passive of Guardian Angel, the revive, doesn't work on him, but he gets a different effect out of it.

Oh ok. Seems a bit OP, but it is his only "active" ability and mana cost is pretty huge.
Other than that, minions with life steal are pretty cool, but only for melee minions?
His crits will hit like a truck.
Also the revive seems too strong. If someone stacked a lot of health on him and revived with 6k health, that would suck for the enemy team lol
