A 4 second CC at level 1 is just horrendous. Literally nobody in the league has that right now. Closest is about 3 at level 9, with one skill anyway. Sure you can chain skills, but that requires a lot of skill depending on who you are.
The mana is actually the thing which keeps his spells in balance. Because he has to choose: "Do I stun once more or I die". Of course, it is a big spell, but it costs so much mana that it has to be used wisely. Nobody has so high mana costs combined with so low spell costs aswell. Nobody has 3 passives aswell.

You don't say whether Hellfire Blast does magic or physical damage. As for the "Damage:" part of the skill is that the initial damage upon impact?

Oh ok. Seems a bit OP, but it is his only "active" ability and mana cost is pretty huge.
Other than that, minions with life steal are pretty cool, but only for melee minions?
His crits will hit like a truck.
Also the revive seems too strong. If someone stacked a lot of health on him and revived with 6k health, that would suck for the enemy team lol
